The appraisals are: $3,500 for 7 Apple Lane $4,500 for 133 Storm Ave. The township bought the parcels for $1 each, tore down the structures and now has appraisals for each piece of land. After buying four parcels of land and tearing down the dilapidated structures on each, the Chestnuthill Township supervisors put them up for sale during their meeting on Tuesday.
